Recently our main refuse bin was not emptied as it was not directly on the pavement and my partner had forgotten to pull it forward the short distance after backing the car out to go to work.

I searched on Google for private waster collection and found Bukka. As per their website, it was indeed easy to download the app and create an account. Once verified it was very simple to book the required service.

The team arrived, collected the bin, emptied the bin and returned the bin to the same spot - no fuss, no hassle. Efficient and friendly.

I’ve used the service twice now and have been so impressed with the lads. True grafters. Even working late in the rain to fulfil all of the orders. They are a credit to the company and they all deserve a good Christmas bonus!
The app is very easy to use.
We have been using them as Warringtion bin men are on strike and have been for almost two months now. I wish we could get rid of the council bin men all together and use Bukka going forward. You don’t mind paying for good service.
Unlike the council bin men, the bin is returned totally empty, no rubbish stuck to the bottom.
